Circle T Wildlife LLC ranches are located
in Live Oak and Atascosa Counties and can be accessed conveniently
down I-37 from San Antonio or from Houston via Hwy 59 on to Hwy 281
or via I-10 to Hwy 80 and FM 791 or FM 99. Owners Carroll and Terry
Retzloff along with brother in law Clay Luthringer possess a passion
for managing whitetails that is second to none. With over 100 years
of combined experience in hunting, ranching, raising and managing
whitetails and most importantly being the land stewards that actually
maintain the 2800 plus acres of hunting property, the owners are qualified
to assist any whitetail hunter in meeting their goal of harvesting
the whitetail of their dreams. Our goal to the benefit of each hunter
is to have a safe and successful hunt. Only a select number of bucks
are identified for harvest each year in each hunt classification,
so only that equivalent number of hunters is allowed on the ranches
to accomplish those harvest goals. As a result, deer hunts on Circle
T Wildlife LLC properties are NOT oversold like they are on many outfitted
ranches.
Hunt categories now consist of:
Each individual hunt type is sold as either a Hunter's Choice or Rancher's Choice. Culls range in price from $500-$1000. Slick 8 Point Management bucks range in price from $1050-$2250. Quality bucks range in price from $1750-$3400. Trophy hunts start at $4000.
